Pearl Jam

I noticed something the other day while flipping through a WWD magazine (which still arrives in my mailbox every day!). I noticed that many designers are lowering the hemline on skirts. Hmm....I guess the mini skirt has seen better days. Since I can not afford to run out and purchase a 500 dollar mid-calf length skirt I decided to wear this black strapless dress as a skirt. Yes, I am wearing a dress as a skirt, styling tip! The shirt I am wearing looks creamish in these pictures, it is actually a very pretty victorian blue, just saying.
