I absolutely adore this shirt. While I was working at Forever21 last weekend I spotted this in the plus size section of the store. It is suppose to be a shirt but I figured if I got it in a 1x I could pull it off as a dress! Buying plus size shirts and wearing them as dresses is my new thing I must say. I beyond love the embroidery and the fringe on this shirt/ dress. Shirt/Dress- F21
